Mr. Biase has also served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Montauk Lake Club and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Monterey Bay Bancorp (1997-2002). Mr. Biase serves on the Board of Directors of Pasa, an Italian and Spanish food company. Mr. Biase became a Director of the Bank and the Company in July 2008, having been appointed by the Board.
